From the M6 Northbound :
Take Junction 43 and take the first exit towards Carlisle town centre (Tesco store on Left) go through three sets of traffic lights. At the next set turn right and follow the road round past the church now on the leftt & then Carlisle college on your right at the set of lights which is a T junction turn right, after turning stay in the left lane and proceed to the next set of lights, turn left up castle way (Dual carriageway Castle on your right), whilst on this road move to the right-hand lane. Straight through the next set of lights to the roundabout, take the second exit (McVities Biscuit Factory on your right) travel up this road passing the hospital on your right and proceed up the hill at the top of the hill you will pass small florist, a take away shop & a newsagent after these turn right into the Newtown Industrial Estate & go right to the bottom turn left & you’re Here. 
From the M6 Southbound:
Take the third exit off jct. 43 & follow the Directions above
From the East
Come into Carlisle on the A69 & join up with Jct. 43 on the M6. Follow the instructions above
From The West
Come into Carlisle on the A595 and follow signs for the City centre, when you come to the round about with McVities on your right take the first exit towards the hospital, follow the instruction above.
